CRODU Sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków (31-153) at ul. Szlak 77/222, and CRODU NEXT Sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków (31-153) at ul. Szlak 77/222 (together “CRODU”), are the controllers of the personal data you provide in the recruitment process you take part in.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data in your application in order to run the recruitment you applied for. By sending us your CV you are asking us to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and that is the basis for this processing (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not ask you to consent to something that is necessary anyway in order to consider your application.
Separately, and only if you tick the box in the form, we keep your application for future roles. The basis is then your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with no consequences for the current recruitment.
Retention
We keep the data from the current recruitment until it ends. If you agreed to future recruitments — until you withdraw that consent. One email to apply@crodu.com is enough: we delete everything we hold in our systems and confirm to you what was removed.
Recipients
Your data may be shared with the CRODU client the recruitment is run for, and with IT service providers acting on our instructions.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
